Brothers Vaibhav and Vipin Kumar Jha of Khoir village of Rajnagar block started fish farming using barren land. Vaibhav, a BTech, and Vipin, an MSc degree holder, increased the production of fish by building a pond. He opened three ponds, which are earning Rs 32-35 lakh annually.This initiative not only strengthened their economic condition but has also inspired other farmers. They are also ready to provide training for fish farming.

राजनगर प्रखंड के खोईर गांव के भाई वैभव और विपिन कुमार झा ने बंजर भूमि का उपयोग कर फिश फर्मिंग शुरू की। वैभव, BTech और विपिन, MSc के डिग्रीधारक, ने तालाब बनाकर मछलियों का उत्पादन बढ़ाया। उन्होंने तीन तालाब खोले, जिससे सालाना 32-35 लाख रुपये की आय हो रही है। इस पहल ने न केवल उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति को मजबूत किया, बल्कि अन्य किसानों को भी प्रेरित किया है। वे फिश फर्मिंग के लिए प्रशिक्षण देने को भी तैयार हैं।
